Terms and Conditions 

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all users (defined as “users”, “you” and “your") that access and use the contents and services provided on CanNguoi (“the App”). 

Your access to and use of the information, materials and services provided on this App is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms. 

Your continued use of this App will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms by you. 

Access to and use of the contents and services provided on the App shall be subject to the Privacy Statement and these Terms. If you do not accept either or both of the Privacy Statement and/or the Terms, please do not join, access, view, download or otherwise use any services offered by CanNguoi via the App. By your continued use of the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Statement and the Terms and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions. CanNguoi reserves the right to amend, add to, delete or revise the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 

Job Content 

The App’s job search results are indexed in an automated manner and CanNguoi does not review, critique or screen the jobs. CanNguoi assumes no responsibility for the content of any job listing or website that is either included in the App’s search results or linked to by CanNguoi. CanNguoi does not endorse or recommend any of the jobs, business or self-employment opportunities advertised on its App and CanNguoi strongly recommends that prior to entering into any agreement with any of the Advertisers on the App, that you obtain your own independent legal, accounting, financial or taxation advice as appropriate. 

Disclaimer of Warranties 

CanNguoi disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in the App results. CanNguoi disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. CanNguoi disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the App through CanNguoi. 

The CanNguoi services, and all materials, information, products and services included in the CanNguoi services are provided “as is,” with no warranties whatsoever. CanNguoi expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. CanNguoi disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the CanNguoi services. CanNguoi disclaims any warranties for any information or advice obtained through the CanNguoi services. CanNguoi disclaims any warranties for services or goods received through or advertised on the CanNguoi services or received through any links provided by CanNguoi, as well as for any information or advice received through any links provided in the CanNguoi services. 

You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use of CanNguoi services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data. 

Limitation of Liability 

Under no circumstances shall CanNguoi be liable to any user on account of that user’s use or misuse of or reliance on the CanNguoi services. Under no circumstances shall CanNguoi be liable to any user for any claim relating to recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, (even if CanNguoi have been advised of the possibility of such damages). Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on the CanNguoi services, from inability to use the CanNguoi services, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the CanNguoi services (including such damages incurred by third parties). This limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or goods received through or advertised on the CanNguoi services or received through any links provided in the CanNguoi services, as well as by reason of any information or advice received through or advertised on the CanNguoi services or received through any links provided in the CanNguoi services. This limitation shall also apply to the costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data. Such limitation shall further apply with respect to the performance or non-performance of the CanNguoi services or any information or merchandise that appears on, or is linked or related in any way to, the CanNguoi services. Such limitation shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you 

General 

If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement. 

CanNguoi reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time without notice. 

The laws governing these Terms will be the laws in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction the courts of Victoria.
